Whether you choose to have fun preparing your own meals, hire a chef, or take cooking lessons right at home, our professionally equipped Cucina Principale has everything the serious chef needs to prepare wonderful feasts: two cooking stations, a commercial high-speed dishwasher, a stainless refrigerator/freezer, a double pastry refrigerator, a five burner gas stove with 48" electric oven and built-in pasta boiler, a four burner gas stove, a 34" electric oven, stainless and marble work surfaces, a microwave oven and a toaster oven.

 

The Cucinetta, located off of the dining room, is used by our staff to prepare and serve your breakfast.
